What is the maximum amount of audio which can be
placed on a CD?
While data can be compressed, as with .mp3 players, standard audio CDs use up
to 80 minutes. Earlier CDs allowed only a maximum of 74 minutes.

What is the smallest quantity I can order?
This has a three-part answer:
1) As a listener, you may order just 1 CD if you wish.
2) As a reseller, we ask that you order a minimum of 4 CDs of any title.
3) As an Evangelist / Minister / or Speaker, if you are submitting a
master to be duplicated, please order a minimum of 50 per title (negotiable).
This is due to the time and expense in mastering a program to be placed on CD.
Reorder quantity is negotiable.

What kind of material can be submitted?
Any type of audio program: preaching, teaching, stories, music can be
placed on CD. Material should be of sound character and standards, which
may be determined on a
case-by-case basis.

What format does the submitted material need to be in?
We can process material submitted on the following media:
Cassette
Reel-to-reel 1/4", any size reel, any speed
VHS tape
Record, 33, 45, or 78 rpm, or
Victrola (thin
records)

What about copyrighted material?
All material submitted for duplication must be by the author or accompanied
by a signed release from the copyright holder. Releases will be verified.

How quickly will I receive my order?
Smaller orders for existing titles will usually ship within 3 days.
Larger orders (over 250 pc) may take up to a week. Converting programs to
CD and shipping will be quoted individually. ( This may depend upon
any production in progress).

What about shipping and handling
charges?
At the present time, we do not charge any "handling fees". Shipping
charges are at cost without markup. Shipping cost depends upon carrier
requested and speed needed.

Where can I have the product shipped?
Product can be shipped to any specified location. For example: your home
location, a host church location, or internationally. All you need do is provide
us with a valid shipping address. However, if product is to be delivered to a
P.O. Box you must then use US Postal Service as the carrier.
